3. How do I sign my contract?

Your loan contract is emailed to you. Simply open it on your phone or device and sign electronically.

4. How much can I borrow?

Loan amounts depend on your income and ability to repay. We only offer amounts that clients can realistically repay in one installment.

5. What documents do I need?

  • Valid ID
  • TRN
  • Payslip
  • Job letter (where applicable)

6. Can I apply outside business hours?

Yes—repeat clients already registered in our system can receive loans outside the 8am–4pm office hours.

7. How is my information protected?
